Digital Products

AI prompt libraries and other digital goods are delivered instantly after purchase via Gumroad. No shipping applies. You will receive a download link by email and on the checkout confirmation screen.

Physical Merchandise

Physical products (apparel, mugs, posters, mouse pads, etc.) are fulfilled through our Shopify and Etsy stores. Shipping times, costs, and carriers are determined by the platform and print-on-demand or fulfillment partners at the time of order.

• Typical production + shipping for standard items: 5–15 business days depending on location and demand.
• Tracking is provided by the platform once the order ships.
• International shipping is available on most items; duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking & Issues

Login to your Etsy or Shopify account for the most up-to-date tracking. For questions about shipping status, contact the platform first or email sales@expanseventuresllc.com with your order number.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order is placed may not be possible once production has begun.
