Refund & Return Policy

Digital Products (AI Prompt Libraries)

All digital products sold by Expanse Ventures LLC are non-refundable. Once a download link has been provided or accessed, the nature of instant digital delivery makes returns impossible.

We strongly encourage you to read the full product description and any preview information before completing your purchase. If you have questions prior to buying, please email sales@expanseventuresllc.com.

Physical Merchandise (Apparel, Mugs, Accessories, etc.)

We want you to love what you receive. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Defective or damaged items
• Incorrect item shipped
• Significant printing or quality issues

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error. Items must be returned in original condition with tags/packaging where applicable.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

How to Request a Return / Refund

1. Email sales@expanseventuresllc.com with your order number, photos (for defects), and reason.
2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method (keep proof of shipment).

Platform-Specific Policies

Because physical products are fulfilled via Shopify and Etsy, those platforms’ buyer protection and return tools also apply and may offer the fastest resolution. We work with customers through those channels whenever possible.
